• Inventory Authenticity & Description: Goods offered are vintage, antique, or pre-owned collectibles unless explicitly designated as new or sealed. Descriptions represent expert attribution, maker marks, backstamps, and material analysis. Minor manufacturing variations, straw marks, factory imperfections, and age-related shelf wear are standard for vintage goods and do not constitute misrepresentation.

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in USD. Because items are unique estate finds, orders are subject to availability. In the rare event of concurrent platform sales or inventory discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel and immediately refund any unfulfillable order.

• Limitation of Liability: Mindy’s Second Story is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, handling, or display of vintage goods, antique electrical items, or estate materials purchased through this store.
