• Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

• Domestic Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer clear flat-rate shipping within the United States as noted in the listing. Each item’s shipping tier is specified directly in the item description based on its dimensions, packed weight, and handling requirements.

• Carriers & Transit: Shipments travel domestically via USPS Priority Mail (including USPS Flat Rate packaging), USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground depending on destination and parcel specifications. Tracking details are automatically provided upon label generation.

• Packaging Standards: Delicate inventory—including porcelain dinnerware, art glass, and boxed vintage collectibles—is packed in sturdy single shipping cartons with heavy interior cushioning and bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival.

• Signature Confirmation & Insurance: Carrier transit insurance is included on all orders. Shipments valued at $250 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

• Delivery Addresses: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for transit delays, misdeliveries, or carrier return fees resulting from incorrect address entry. Reshipment fees for returned packages remain the responsibility of the buyer.
